Bank of Ireland apologizes to customers and is working to correct a payment issue
A Bank of Ireland spokesperson this morning told The Journal.ie that the bank is working to correct an issue that caused some customers not to receive payments into their accounts tody.
The spokesman also said’We are aware that some customers have reported that some transactions have not been published on their accounts’ He stressed that the bank is working hard to solve the problem and apologizes to customers for any inconvenience.
The bank also confirmed that these payments must be placed in the accounts of customers this morning , and the bank has not yet been able to know how many people are affected by this problem and what are the reasons that led to this occurence.
