The meteorologist issues a warning of heavy rains across the country
The Meteorological Department issued a warning of heavy rain all over Ireland The warning is in effect until 7 pm on Tuesday , and the warning applies strongly to heavy rain County Munster ,Connacht,Donegal, Cavan, and Monaghan.
There is an objective risk of flooding in mountainous areas , where rainfall is expected to be at its highest.
In North Ireland , the Met Office in the United King dom issued a warning of rain in the counties of Armagh , Derry, Dawn, Vir, Mnag and Tyrone , with possible flooding and travel disruption.
