Schools will reopen in stages from March 1

The Cabinet Subcommittee on Coronavirus discussed last night a plan to reopen schools , the plan will begin with the return of Junior and senior infants children in first and second grades of primary school .
Deputy Chief Medical Officer Ronan Glenn indicated that citizens should understand the current situation and the promises of some students to complete the educational stage,explaining that out of fear for the safety of everyone.
He also said” we are still very concerned about the high levels of infection transmission in the community and we do not want more mixing of community members,so reopening schools has not been considered completely” .
