American software company workday creates 400 new jobs in Dublin

The American technology company Worday began its business in Ireland in 2008 when Cape Clear bought Irish technology, and at the present time the company has 1,300 employees, including 800 engineers working at its European headquaters in Smithfied, Dublin,which opened in2015, and it is now planning to increase this, the number increased by 30% which resulted in the provision of 400 new job to support growth and more innovation the new jobs will be mostly in product development and sales.
Since the company started its business in’Ireland in 2008, the best skills in the field have been attracted to help produce innovative products’ said Chanu Fernandez, CO-CEO of Workday, and praised that the Irish team helped a lot in the company`s success world wide
Taoiseach Micheal Martin, Tanaiste and Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Employment Leo Varadrkar and Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe, welcome this successful investment supported by the Irish government through IDA Ireland

Varadkar indicated that the provision of this number of new jobs indicates the commitment of Workday to Ireland and this is a real boost to support graduates and skills in this field and help solve the unemployment problem
Currently Workday has more than 12,000 employees worldwide and more than 40 million people use its products.
