This project will stimulate tourism in Cork and help support the Irish economy in general , as this development has been called acapitalist glory project the scheme will provide amenities and entertainment for visitors on the banks of the river that was not accessible to the public before.
ATthe same time, this development by the tower Holdings Group will include a five- star hotel consisting of 241 bed rooms and 25 suites with all the visitor`s needs and alarge restaurant, the ground and first floors will also include retail units food and beverages ,exhibitions, workshops and a heritage center that will provide Cultural and heritage center that will provide Cultural and heritage events, and the upper floor will be allocated to create a large library , according to what was reported in the EchoLive newspaper.
