Education Minister Norma Foley announces the development of a new digital strategy for schools
On monday ,April 5 2021, Irish Minister of Education Ms .Norma Foley announced the development of a new digital strategy for schools . this digital strategy will replace the current strategy , which will end in the current school year.
Minister Foly said” I am pleased to announce this important work on anew digital strategy for schools that will complement the progress made in the current strategy . Foly praised the role of stakeholders in planning to embed digital technologies to support teaching and education , as this was key to successful implementation .until now.
The strategy aims to develop the digital infrastructure for schools that supports distance education .
