A new study confirms that regular exercise reduces the risk of death from covid-19

An international team of scientists has confirm that doing 150 minutes of physical activity a week can have a tremendous effect on strenghthening the body`s immunity.
The study also indicates that exercise can reduce deaths by37% and the risk of similar diseases by 31% and exercise boosts the effectiveness of vaccines by 40%.
Professor Sebastian Chastain ,in charge of the study , said ”people must realize that they do not need to go to the gymnasium because exercising such as running or walking in the open air has the same effectivness , especially in this period when the Corona virus is spreading exercise outside is better than exercising in halls Sports or indoor venue .
Stressing that thr treadmill aims to deliver a clear message , which is ”stay active always” Sport is not only good for your mental and physical health , but it is also beneficial to boost your immunity.
