Alide Ireland has recalled Chicken Goujons for containing salmonella bacteria
The Irish chain of stores has withdrawn the Chicken Goujons product because it contains harmful salmonella bacteria ,as any food that contains salmonella is unfit for human consumption.
The nature of the danger:
Symptoms in people infected with salmonella usually appear between 12 and 36 hours after infection , but this can range from 6 to 72 hours . The most common symptom is diarrhea , which can sometimes be bloody . Other symptoms may include fever , headache , and abdominal cramps The illness usually persists . 4 to 7 days. Diarrhea can be server enough to require hospitalization, Older adults , infants , and those with weakened immune systems are more likely to develop it.
Aldi stors have taken the required measure , appealing to all consumers to stop trading the product and the need to be careful and not eat it.
