Here`s the full list of countries that will welcome Irish tourists this summer as Digital Green Cert begins
Ireland announced last week that international travel will reopen on July19, when all EU Countries are removed from the mandatory hotel quarantine list.
The EU digital certificate will be issused on 1July, to facilitate freedom of movement for EU citizens.

These countries have arleady started issuing the green gigital certificate.
Here is the list countries preparing to enter the new green digital certificate issuance system:

Belgium
Cyprus
Estonia
France
Ireland
Italy
Latvia
Luxembourg
Malta
Holland
Portugal
Romania
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
This means that when these countries are ready to open their borders on July 1 , international travel will be resumed according to country- specfic restictions.
The certificates will be issued by national authorities and can be kept on a mobile device and will be free and easily availble to all citizens. The European Union digital certificate will provide digital proof that a person has either been vaccinated against the Corona virus , received anegative PCR test , or recovered from infection with the virus , corona virus, and the cardholder will be exempted from restrictions on freedom of movement.
