Dp Energy and Iberdrol will lead Ireland to become a major source of energy
DP Energy and Iberdrola has applied for licenses for three offshore wind projects around the Irish coast, including The Inis Ealga Project. this project is expected to generate enough energy to power the equivalent of one million Irish homes. the project is scheduled to be operational between 2028 and 2030 and will include turbines Wind connected to offshore substations connected by subsea cables to transfer clean renewable to the rest of the networks.
Offshore wind energy is a clean , renewable resource obtained by utilizing the power of wind that is produced from the sea. the energy produced is stronger and more uniform than that found on land due to the absence of any physical barriers . Ireland has vast marine energy resources within its offshore region, which it gives it the opportunity to implement many huge projects in this field.
This project will generate clean renewable energy for Ireland, which will reduce the need to recover fuel and will provide the opportunity for Ireland to become a major source of energy, and the project will provide many job opportunities.
