Almost 90% of adults are fully vaccinated against Covid-19
In Ireland, nearly nine out of ten adults are now fully vaccinated against the Corona virus, with more than 88% of people over the age of 18 years fully vaccinated against the virus , while 91.8 % of adults have received at least one does of the vaccine.
Nearly 14,000 vaccines against the Corona virus were administered over the weekend in open clinics and are now open to anyone over 12 years old, said the chief executive of Irish Health Services , Paul Reed , About 134 thousand people, bringing the total number of vaccines obtained to about 6.8 million vaccines so far.
On the other hand, Mr . Red confirmed that there is a rise in the number of Covid – 19 patients in Irish hospitals , as of this morning , there were 382 people infected with the virus in Irish hospitals , an increse of 35 from yesterday , of whom 60 are in intensive care units.
