The American company West creates 60 new jobs in Dublin
The American company West Pharmaceutical Services announced the creation of 60 new jobs in the Irish city of Dublin by creating a new financial center for financial services, accounting and the pharmaceutical industry.
The company employs more than 1,000 employees across Ireland , where the company owns a factory in Waterford for the manufacture of medicines and late last year the factory saw a significant increase in demand from global customers to fill doses of the Corona virus vaccine as part of the vaccine program , the factory doubled its workforce to meet this demand during last year.
West CEO and Chief Financial Officer said the establishment of the new Financial Services Center in Dublin will greatly support the company’s mission by providing high quilty services to all clients.
The Minister of Enterprise , Trade and Employment , Mr, Leevardkar , welcomed the company’s announcement, stating that the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland continues to grow , especially with companies such as West , wishing the company every success with its new financial position.
