Met Office issuses red alert for Storm Barra
The Irish Met Office has issued a heavy rain and wind warning from Storm Barra starting early Tuesday morning and on Wednesday, Storm Barra will bring very strong winds and bouts of heavy rain across Ireland , Heavy rains are expected to lead to local floods anda high probabiliy of coastal flooding on the southern and western coasts.
Meteorology appeals to the public to avoid any unnecessary travel and follow the weather forecast.
