All people aged 16 years and over can benefit from the Covid-19 booster vaccine as of today
The booster coronavirus vaccine program for all people aged 16 and over begins today, after changes announced on Friday evening of the coronavirus vaccine to apply for their booster dose.
On the other hand, the Irish Ministry of Health reported yesterday 23, 281 additional cases of coronavirus , the highest daily number so far , including 656 people receiving treatment in hospital and 85 in intensive care units, where in the week after Christmas Day , more than 120,000 people have tested positive for the coronavirus , which more than the total positive cases recorded in the whole of 2020.
Meanwhile, the health services official said that more hospitals are expected to have to cut back on other work.
Necessary in the coming days , due to the high number of employee absences due to infection with the corona virus .
