Giving the green light to building an apartment complex in cork to meet the needs of over 200 students

I the frame work of plans to develop building for students of the University of Cork, An Bord Pleanala has given the green light to the implementation of the construction project of a five- storey housing complex that includes 20 student apartments with a total of 216 room apartments on theOrchard Road in Cork City, to accommodate and meet the needs of Cork University students.
This place was selected for the construction of apartments due to its strategic location close to UCCto meet the needs of more than 200 students.
The project development plan also includes students support facilities including study rooms , a cinema, 120 bicycle parking spaces, 4 parking spaces , a reception hall ,management offices and a store.
