Planning to build 114 apartments for rent and a retail unit of 313 square meters in Cork City
As part of its strategic residential expansion plans in Cork, Ireland , Bellmount Developments Limited has submitted a planning order for the construction of 114 rental apartments and retail units in Blackpool and Bord Plainala , Cork.
The plan will also include the development of a gym and garden for residents of the area.
The site for construction has been identified and listed , The proposed plans will first include the demolition of the monuments on the site specified to start the project after the green light was given by the Cork City Local Planning and Building Council , where the council is scheduled to take the final decision on the planning request by January 17, 2021
