The life story of Ezz and Mrs. Iman Al- Karraj has certainly captured hearts ,both locally and nationally, ever since the Palestinian couple, who came to Ireland as asylum seekers and within a few years opened their own restaurant, was recently awarded the Best Cafe Award by the Cork Business Association in Cork City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs.Iman Al- Karraj has atalent for good cooking and offering a variety of high- quality , distinct meals, including manakish, Palestinian bread, fresh salads, falafel and steamed makdous, in addition to offering varieties of sweets, including the famous cinnamon buns of Cinnabon , in addition to offering many other items that appeal to many visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is worth nothing that the couple hosted a fundraising campaign for the Relief Fund in Gaza during the recent crisis in Palestine by the Israeli occupation , and announced that all proceeds from the restaurant would be donated to the Trocaire Fund , and indeed 6060 euros were collected in order to support the Palestinian cause through the initiative that was launched .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
